Ocean Reef Club (Key Largo, FL)

Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo is the premier private country club in the Florida Keys, featuring its own private-use airport with a 4,456-foot paved runway (ICAO: OCA, FAA LID: 07FA) capable of accommodating business jets and turboprops. The club has two 18-hole championship courses: the Hammock Course, a scenic target-golf layout winding through a natural hammock with water on most holes, and the longer Dolphin Course, lined with tamarind, coconut palm and mahogany trees. I played 18 holes here in 2021 while attending a YPO Christian Network event, and warmed up on its practice area.

Manele Golf Course at Four Seasons Resort Lanai (HI)

The oceanfront golf course at Four Seasons Resort Lanai is a Jack Nicklaus Signature design built on lava outcroppings and cliff tops above Hulopoe Bay, with dramatic ocean views across the layout. It is an 18-hole, par 72 course. I played 9 holes here in 2025. A very beautiful course on the ocean.

Topgolf Utah Valley (Vineyard, UT)

The Breakers Rees Jones Course

The Breakers Rees Jones Course project was a comprehensive rebuilding of the Breakers Hotel's golf course located within the Breakers West residential community. All of the tee, green and fairway bunker complexes were redesigned. As a result of the realignment of several holes, the golf course was converted from a par 71 to a par 72 and extended to an overall length of 7100 yards.
