Haven't played a lot of golf, but I did play a round at TPC Las Vegas with Brother Adams from Church. Warm up was a bit rushed and I didn't play well. I've noticed I was very tired afterwards and I needed to recover. Hoping that pilates, stretching, yoga, breathwork, and healthy diet helps. My guess is that I need to play out my hours if I plan to hit 10,000 hours in this lifetime, such as an hour a day for the next 4 hours or a full 18 holes a day for 10 years or 9 holes day for 20 years. 9,540 Remain  Continue Reading …

This is probably the longest duration of time recorded so far on Kho Kingdom Golf Blog. I've been on the "Nicholas Kho" spiritual journey and not been playing a lot of golf during this last year as this is the longest stretch of time of no golf for the "Nick Kho Golf Blog". I went to Cascata and played on the range and used a cane instead of a golf blog because I had a knee injury that has mostly healed, but I still have lower back and right shoulder pain. I played a round of golf with Amber and Kim at the Weebly Park Golf Course in Salt Lake City last Sunday. While there, I saw someone using a Golfboard, which is a surf-board golf cart. I then rented such a board at the course at the Omni La Costa on August 15 (today). It was a lot of fun. I played a full round at the Lakes Course at the Primm Valley Golf Club and finished in 2 hours because only 1 other group was playing as a foursome and, since I was solo, I was able to catch up to them and pass them as well. It is the day after my 10th year anniversary from the day I met Amber and I decided to write about the last year and a half of golf to catch up on my blog. It's hard to be exact about the golf I did in the last approximately 18 months, but I'll take a shot. I played 9 holes at Club Corp properties in LA: Brae Mar and Porter Valley for 4 hours of gold. I've also been 4 times to spend a 1-2 hours each at the Las Vegas golf range at the MGM called Top Golf for about 7 hours of golf. I played a round with Amber for the front 9 at Bali Hai to celebrate as a graduation from Harvard for 2 hours of golf. I went to the Wailea Golf course and they have 3 courses. My choice was the Blue course because it was closest to my hotel. The Emerald is supposed to have a great scenic environment and Gold course is the longest one. My wife Amber and I went to Maui to celebrate our 5-Year Wedding Anniversary and I was able to play a round at the Royal Course of Ka-anapali Golf Course.
