Haven’t played a lot of golf, but I did play a round at TPC Las Vegas with Brother Adams from Church. Warm up was a bit rushed and I didn’t play well. I’ve noticed I was very tired afterwards and I needed to recover. Hoping that pilates, stretching, yoga, breathwork, and healthy diet helps. My guess is that I need to play out my hours if I plan to hit 10,000 hours in this lifetime, such as an hour a day for the next 4 hours or a full 18 holes a day for 10 years or 9 holes day for 20 years.
