Today, Amber and I met up with Nick Helwig, the Instructor of the Butch Harmon School of Golf, at the Rio Secco Golf Club for a golf lesson. We started off with the driving range to warm up with the 8 iron. Then, we played the first 7 holes, but when we got to the 8th hole, we found that things got slow because there was 8 people in front of us in 2 groups of 4 people. So we decided to bow out and head over to the Butch Harmon School and hit the driving range there. Also, we went into the video analysis center to practice hitting the ball while comparing our stroke to famous PGA Tour Pros. This was used to help adapt Amber’s stroke and it also helped me to adjust mine. I wasn’t turning over my wrists over after hitting the ball. This helped a lot. 9,830 remain. Random stat: On the first 7 holes, my wife and I tied a lot of holes and she even beat me on one hole; overall, I scored 44 and she scored 45+ (she didn’t keep track on hole 1).
