Worked out with Dongki for a couple hours for 5 days and also spent an hour with Vic at Butch Harmon School. A lot of the time with Dongki was spent on a machine at the 2nd floor of City Athletic Club that has a bunch of cables. I focused on weight shifting and the upward part of my swing and release motions. Dongki also helped teach Amber how to cook healthy Asian food and provided his own recipes as well. We also spent a lot of practice time on the range and I was told I’ve made a lot of improvements.
Random stat: At the practice range, I drove over 250 years 4x in the session of practicing about a dozen swings; however, most of my practices was with my irons.
