On October 14, I went to the gym to meet Dongki and I practiced my swing with a ball and pvc pipes after running on the treadmill. There was a lot of focus on keeping my body posture steady on the back swing and adding a lot of power more on the down-swing. I took off the day of October 15 to recover due to hand pain.
Random stat: I have tightness in my hands and a sharp pain in my middle left finger, but it’s not as stiff as the last time I had hand stiffness, which went away after 3 weeks of no golf; however, I hope to recover quick and hit less on mats and have stronger hand strength to avoid repeating this injury again.
